Summit Health Pay is the product that posts into Dentrix. Which payment workflows your office can use depends on your Dentrix setup, so the Summit team confirms yours before go-live.
Practices that want to pass card fees to patients can add a disclosed credit card surcharge where state and card brand rules allow it. Debit is never surcharged. Summit handles disclosure signage, receipt formatting, and card brand notification. Summit does not handle state registration.
Setup is remote nationwide, with in-person setup where available. Typical go-live is 7 to 10 business days after the statement review.
